Detailed description

This is a dark wenge coloured wood imitation adhesive flooring. It is made of small ribs for a more natural effect. This adhesive film is dark brown with 2 different shades. The adhesive coating is an inexpensive solution to personalise your interior: to dress a wall or renovate a piece of furniture.

It is important to note that the grain of the wood runs in the direction of the length of the roll. This means that they can be up to 50 m long.

Dressing your furniture and walls with this adhesive is easy! Thanks to the honeycomb structure of the adhesive, air bubbles can be removed with a felt fluffer without a hitch. You can therefore count on a very quick and easy application of the decorative coating without any work being required. In addition, this adhesive coating is thermoformable. When heated, the adhesive adapts to the surface on which it is applied, and in particular to all the shapes of the furnishings. With the installation of this decorative adhesive, you save on average 50% compared to a classic renovation.

To give your walls or furniture a new lease of life, count on this high-quality vinyl with excellent resistance to water, dirt, abrasion, UV and wear. Thanks to its thickness, this adhesive also hides small imperfections. Rated A+ in the C.O.V. test and M1 in the fire test, this coating can be installed in an open public area.

Durability: 10 years in interior installation (anti-cracking, flaking, delamination and yellowing)

How to install adhesive coating yourself?

Can the adhesive coating be removed without damaging the furniture underneath?
You can remove the adhesive coating, but there's always a risk of damaging the surface underneath, as the adhesive is strong. Surfaces such as wallpaper or peeling paint are the most fragile.

Our tip for removing adhesive coatings:
- Start from a corner and pull fairly firmly
- Use a release solution to cancel out the glue's action
- Use a heat gun: the glue will soften the film and the adhesive. The adhesive coating is much easier to remove.
Can adhesive coating be applied to a raised surface?

Adhesive coatings can be applied to surfaces with relief, such as certain moldings. You need to master the application and thermoforming of the film, and ensure that the relief is not too pronounced.

If you'd like to give it a try, you can test it with a free sample. Alternatively, you can call in a professional fitter.
Can adhesive coating be applied to tiles?
The adhesive coating can be applied to any smooth, non-porous surface. On tiles, it's possible. You'll need to be careful with the joints, as the hollows at the joints may show through.

For a more aesthetic look, there are two solutions:
- Smooth the surface with a smoothing compound beforehand
- Cut tiles to size and reapply a clean grout over them
