What is our sponsorship program?

The Luminis Films referral program is a new way of rewarding you for your loyalty... and your word-of-mouth. If you've already placed at least one validated/completed/shipped order of over €50 excluding VAT and shipping costs, you're eligible for sponsorship.

You can then :

👉 Get a unique sponsor code;

👉 Share it with family, friends or members of your community;

👉 You earn €10 (incl. VAT) as soon as a sponsored child's order is delivered*.

👉 Your godchild receives a 10% discount on his or her first order over €70 incl. VAT.

One convinced pal = €10 received. Offer -10%, receive €10. A nice decoration, a good deal.

How does our referral system work?

* Here's how to get the most out of Luminis Films sponsorship:

Log in to your customer account with your login details (e-mail address and password);
Retrieve your sponsor code in your personal space in the "Sponsorship" section;
Share your code with others (email, networks, messages...);
Your sponsoree orders for a minimum of €70 (incl. VAT, excluding shipping) on his or her first order and enters your sponsorship code ;
He gets an immediate -10%;
Once your order has been delivered, you'll receive €10 (incl. VAT) in your kitty.

Important information:

You must have at least one completed/shipped order over €50 excluding VAT and shipping costs to obtain a sponsorship code.

Any cheating (e.g. distribution on cashback or promotional sites) = code deactivated! Wouldn't that be a shame?

How to use your kitty

You have 2 options:

👉 Request a transfer

Click on the dedicated button ;
A confirmation pop-up appears;
If you confirm, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to our accounting department with your IBAN. Check that your IBAN is correct before requesting the transfer.

👉 Use on your current cart

Click on the dedicated button ;
A confirmation pop-up appears: if you validate the use of your kitty and do not complete your order, the kitty is lost!

Here are 2 examples of use on your current cart :

35 € cart - 30 € kitty = 5 € left to pay

10 € cart - 50 € kitty = nothing to pay, but 40 € lost

Once the kitty has been applied, it cannot be cancelled. So think twice before you click!

ℹ️ To avoid losing winnings, use this option when the amount of your cart is close to or greater than your winnings.

Winner/child validation rule

For your winnings to be validated, each sponsoree must :

Never have ordered from Luminis Films before;
Use your code when placing your first order;
Place an order of at least €70 including VAT (excluding shipping costs);
Do not cancel your order.

How do you keep track of your referrals?

Want to know how many times you've used your code? How much you've earned? It's all in your member area. In the "Sponsorship" tab, you'll find :

Your personal sponsorship code ;
Track your referrals and amounts earned.

Share your code by email, on your networks, or in your WhatsApp groups. And let the magic happen ✨

You'll be credited with €10 (incl. VAT) as soon as a sponsoree's order reaches "completed" status (i.e. dispatched via carrier).

How do I apply the sponsorship code as a sponsoree?

Are you a new customer and have you been given a code such as LF-6814bef62a69e?

Enter it in the "promo code" field on the cart page before validating your cart ;
The 10% discount will be applied automatically;
It will even be visible on your final invoice.
