Detailed description

This adhesive film for glass has been specially designed to be applied to synthetic glass such as polycarbonate, plexiglass, dibond, lexan, etc. Thanks to its specific composition, the application of this type of film stops the formation of bubbles between the glass and the film.

This film allows you to protect yourself from prying eyes without losing light in your home. With its frosted side, seen from the inside, it conceals prying eyes day and night. With its aluminium side, it brings a modern touch to your building.

We advise you to test this product with a sample to test the adhesion of the film to your synthetic glass. Indeed, some treatments (notably silicone-based) can prevent the polymerisation of the adhesive with the glass.

This polycarbonate film is excellent for glass roofs and skylights with synthetic glazing, and addresses the issues of visibility that you may encounter

Durability: 8 years for vertical application in Central Europe, indoor and 5 years for vertical application in Central Europe, indoor.

Important notes: For a better overview of the films please contact us for a free sample. The surface to be bonded must be free of dust, grease or any other contaminant.

Frequently asked questions

  • How do I apply window film?

With a little patience and attention to detail, and by following the installation instructions carefully, you can install your window film yourself. For large surfaces (bay windows, for example), we recommend two people.

Find out how to apply self-adhesive films in this article.

Discover the electrostatic film installation tutorial in this article.

If you don't want to do the installation yourself, don't hesitate to ask for a quote.

  • How do I remove my window film?

Just pull at a gentle angle. If you have electrostatics, it's even easier.

Here's a tutorial on how to remove adhesive window film.

You can also find out how to remove and store your electrostatic window film.

  • What's the difference between opaque and frosted film?

The frosted film opacifies while allowing light to pass through, for maximum luminosity.

The opaque film will opacify and stop the passage of light: you'll lose luminosity.

  • Can I order a specific cut (round, half-sphere, etc.)?

Yes, we can. All you have to do is go to the quotation form, and indicate :

    • The product reference concerned
    • Type of glazing
    • Glazing dimensions
    • Whether or not you need an installation service
  • How can I see without being seen?

Two-way mirror effect films allow you to see without being seen, when the light is stronger outside than inside.

It works by balancing the light: the mirror effect is always on the brighter side.
