    Delay too long even though the cost was 4.95€ for 3 samples which could have been sent by letter!
    Delivery not in conformity with the order: sample of 6x9 whereas it is planned to send 6x13.
    Finally, I received 3 samples, only 1 of which corresponded to my needs. Why can't I choose which samples I want to receive?
    I'm very disappointed!
