Délai trop long alors que le cout était de 4,95€ pour 3 échantillons qui auraient pu être envoyé par simple lettre ! Livraison non conforme à la commande : échantillon de 6x9 alors qu'il est prévu d'envoyer 6x13. Enfin, j'ai reçu 3 échantillons dont 1 seul correspondant nd à mes besoins. Pourquoi n'est il pas possible de choisir les échantillons que l'on souhaite recevoir. Je suis très déçue !!!
