  I ordered 4 films and received 4 protective films without the films!!!! None of the sides of these films are coated with glue and all 4 are strictly identical: the 2 with the red dot and the 2 without.

  Hello Anne, Thank you for your message. Protective films are often difficult to distinguish and can be confused with films if the sticker is not there.
