I ordered 4 films and received 4 protective films without the films!!!! None of the sides of these films are coated with glue and all 4 are strictly identical: the 2 with the red dot and the 2 without.

Detailed description

This bottle contains soap solution. Its small neck allows you to control the amount of soap solution you need.
Soap solution for application, 50 ml bottle. It is specially adapted for the application of window films (car and building). It is PH-neutral, so it does not attack the glue on the window film.
The solution should be diluted with water at a rate of 2 teaspoons per litre of water (i.e. approximately 2% soap solution).
Applying the soapy water to the substrate and the film temporarily neutralises the film's adhesive and makes it easier to place and apply the film. When you pass the squeegee to evacuate the water, the glue will return and the film will adhere perfectly to the glass.
