Discover without further delay, our solutions to prevent the dining room table from becoming your children's desk during homework!

As children grow up, their needs and desires change and this goes hand in hand with their academic development. In order to be able to do their homework properly or for their creative moments, the office space is indispensable!

Delineate the different spaces:

First of all, it is necessary to delimit the bedroom/night/play area from the work/office area. You must give your child the opportunity to immerse himself in his own bubble without being too distracted by the environment of his room, which generally has a more relaxing function than work! To do this, you can of course opt for thin solid or glass partitions, which you can decorate with a covering or a film, to accentuate the intimate side of the office. If the room is rather small and not very bright, we recommend a pane of glass or Plexiglas covered with a frosted blackout or decorative film , which will retain some of the light, while subtly delimiting the room.
If the room is rather large and airy, a small solid partition is ideal. You can decorate it with our many coloured, matt, glossy or effect adhesive coverings... there is something for everyone! Mainly blackout, this type of covering does not let the light through, but will create a real working space for your child, without cluttering up the rest of the house!

Personalise each 'place':

For several reasons, the installation of a glass wall or a solid partition is not necessarily feasible. In this case, the best way to create different spaces is to play with materials and colours by creating two distinct atmospheres. For this, adhesive wall coverings are a very good alternative. By choosing 2 colours to lay, you will give the impression of having 2 rooms in one!
To accentuate this effect, you can use relief and material. Fabric effect, marble, leather, wood, natural stone... Give your child's office space a real architectural identity. However, walls are not the only elements that differentiate spaces: don't forget the furniture! Take advantage of the fact that all our adhesive coatings can be adapted to a wide range of surfaces, to customise your chests of drawers, chairs, shelves, etc. in an infinite number of ways, giving free rein to your imagination! Economical and easy to apply: bring your furniture back to life efficiently. What's the hot product of the moment? The blackboard or whiteboard, which will enhance your child's creative space!
