Detailed description

Imitating oxford fabric, this decorative adhesive surprises by its originality and its bluish shades. Ideal in a place like an office, a bedroom but also in a textile or ready-to-wear shop, this decorative covering imitating fabric, will bring an elegant and comfortable touch to your decoration. You can use it to renovate your walls or to personalise furniture. It can be applied to all types of smooth and non-porous surfaces.

Please note that the ACCESS range of adhesive coatings are considered to be moderately sensitive to thermoforming. In fact, we advise you to use them on flat or slightly curved surfaces. For difficult corners and angles, we recommend that you choose a decorative adhesive from the COMFORT or EXCLUSIVE range.

Standards: all ACCESS decorative adhesives are not subject to the following standards and certifications: M1 fire rating, CE, IMO, MED, RAIL, REACH, TCHIBO, TABER TEST, VOC. Do not hesitate to read the technical data sheet or to contact our advisors for any questions concerning the standards of these adhesive coatings.

Durability: 5 to 8 years in interior installation (anti-cracking, flaking, delamination and yellowing)

In order to get a feel for the quality and the real look, we advise you to request a free sample.

Frequently asked questions

  • How to install adhesive coating yourself?

All the steps and tips to follow can be found in our article "How to install an adhesive coating?"

  • Can I put adhesive coating on my worktop?

Yes, it's possible. Our coatings are thick, moisture-resistant and very easy to clean. There are a few precautions to take, such as using trivets. Find out more in our blog post "Can adhesive flooring be installed on a kitchen worktop?"

  • How do you know which way the pattern will go?

If your film includes a motif, we invite you to view the last image in the photo carousel.

The image explains the direction of the pattern in relation to the roll. You'll be able to enter your dimensions to have the pattern in the direction you want.

  • Can the adhesive coating be removed without damaging the furniture underneath?

You can remove the adhesive coating, but there's always a risk of damaging the surface underneath, as the adhesive is strong. Surfaces such as wallpaper or peeling paint are the most fragile.

Our tip for removing adhesive coatings:

    • Start from a corner and pull fairly firmly
    • Use a release solution to cancel out the glue's action
    • Use a heat gun: the glue will soften the film and the adhesive. The adhesive coating is much easier to remove.
  • Can adhesive coating be applied to a raised surface?

Adhesive coatings can be applied to surfaces with relief, such as certain moldings. You need to master the application and thermoforming of the film, and ensure that the relief is not too pronounced.

If you'd like to give it a try, you can test it with a free sample. Alternatively, you can call in a professional fitter.

  • Can adhesive coating be applied to tiles?

The adhesive coating can be applied to any smooth, non-porous surface. On tiles, it's possible. You'll need to be careful with the joints, as the hollows at the joints may show through.

For a more aesthetic look, there are two solutions:

    • Smooth the surface with a smoothing compound beforehand
    • Cut tiles to size and reapply a clean grout over them
  • How do I apply adhesive coating in corners?

For a perfectly covered corner, follow our guide: "Successful installation of adhesive coverings in corners".
