You can apply this silver mirror adhesive on closet doors for example for a trompe l'oeil effect, or on a chest of drawers to give it a real metal effect or on any wall for the most daring! Let your creativity and imagination run wild with this metallic mirror coating and enjoy a quick and easy application, without odor or need for professional equipment.
It's important to understand that the slightest defect or irregularity in the substrate will be visible on the surface, making the mirror effect less clear. It is therefore advisable to apply it to an ultra-smooth surface such as Dibond or glass. This mirror film is a good compromise with a good rendering quality in the foreground. Rectilinear elements in the background may not be rendered as perfectly.
Note: this coating has a double liner to preserve its mirror effect during marouflage

Can I put adhesive coating on my worktop?

How do you know which way the pattern will go?
If your film includes a motif, we invite you to view the last image in the photo carousel.
The image explains the direction of the pattern in relation to the roll. You'll be able to enter your dimensions to have the pattern in the direction you want.

Can the adhesive coating be removed without damaging the furniture underneath?
You can remove the adhesive coating, but there's always a risk of damaging the surface underneath, as the adhesive is strong. Surfaces such as wallpaper or peeling paint are the most fragile.
Our tip for removing adhesive coatings:
- Start from a corner and pull fairly firmly
- Use a release solution to cancel out the glue's action
- Use a heat gun: the glue will soften the film and the adhesive. The adhesive coating is much easier to remove.

Can adhesive coating be applied to a raised surface?
Adhesive coatings can be applied to surfaces with relief, such as certain moldings. You need to master the application and thermoforming of the film, and ensure that the relief is not too pronounced.
If you'd like to give it a try, you can test it with a free sample. Alternatively, you can call in a professional fitter.

Can adhesive coating be applied to tiles?
The adhesive coating can be applied to any smooth, non-porous surface. On tiles, it's possible. You'll need to be careful with the joints, as the hollows at the joints may show through.
For a more aesthetic look, there are two solutions:
- Smooth the surface with a smoothing compound beforehand
- Cut tiles to size and reapply a clean grout over them
