Deliveryof our film rolls

We place customer satisfaction at the heart of our sales process and attach great importance to the quality of our products and services as well as to the packaging and transport of our goods.

For all deliveries outside the euro zone and to French overseas departments and territories, a consultant will contact you within 48 hours to ensure that your order complies with the legal and regulatory conditions in force in the country of delivery (taxes and customs duties in particular).

1 - Delivery by carriers

The transport of our goods is handled by recognised transport specialists.
Depending on the type of order, the goods are taken care of by one of these carriers:
DPD, LA POSTE.

We deliver in France (excluding DOM TOM) as well as in neighbouring countries such as Switzerland, Luxembourg and Belgium.

For all deliveries to French overseas departments and territories, Corsica and countries outside the euro zone, please contact our customer service department on +33 (0)4 72 41 06 60 so that we can determine the specific delivery costs for your order.

2 - On-site withdrawal

You can also collect your order from our assembly site located at 587 rue Pierre Poivre, ZAC de la Tuilerie 01330 Villars-les-dombes - France - Tel: 04.72.41.06.60
Pick-up is possible during office opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

3 - Delivery times and ordering

Your order will be delivered to you, once it has been validated, within the following times. (Working days: Monday to Friday inclusive).

  • Expedition
    • - For all our films: dispatch within 48 hours.
  • Delivery
    • - For all our products, delivery by our carriers is 24 hours for metropolitan France.
    • - For all our products, delivery by our carriers is 48 hours for Belgium and Luxembourg.
    • - For all our products, delivery by our carriers is 3 to 8 days for Switzerland.

We work with our transport partners on a daily basis to guarantee and optimise this timeframe. It does not constitute a contractual commitment.

4 - Order tracking

An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is registered.
Another email will be sent to you when your order is shipped. It will allow you to track your parcel via an order tracking number as well as the carrier's details.

5 - Receipt of goods

We take great care in packaging our products and in the quality of the transport companies we work with. However, despite all the care we take when packing our goods, they may be damaged during transport.
Please take care to check the condition and the number of packages presented to you by the carrier.

Before signing the delivery note, if in doubt, note on it "package received in bad condition" or "X package(s) missing". This precaution would allow you, if necessary, to benefit from the transport insurance that we subscribe to. Never note "subject to unpacking", this mention has no value, it implies on the contrary that the parcels have been received in good condition.
The protest must be made on the day of delivery of the goods in the presence of the deliveryman (who can help you to unpack the order) and who will note with you of its state.
