    Very good reception on the phone. Very good advice before and during installation. Very well done tutorials. Very careful and fast shipment of products. Quick and easy installation. Effectiveness of the anti-cold product (recent but I had to gain about 2 degrees inside with an outside temperature of minus 2.5).
